Music is part of the design language of this site and part of my workbench. Records, guitars, pedals, old band material, collection metadata, and small music tools all live here. Some of it is listening and collecting. Some of it is building. Some of it, eventually, will be music I wrote.

I keep a physical record collection cataloged in Discogs, partly to track pressings and discoveries and partly as another small data habit. To make browsing and playback easier I built Discogs Spinner, an open-source desktop companion that syncs the collection into a local catalog and now installs from the Snap Store (Linux) and Winget (Windows), with direct downloads for every desktop OS.
